Shanghai Liangzhou Lamp Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a domestically joint‑venture limited liability company. The company was established in November 2000, with a registered capital of RMB 15 million.The company is a specialized manufacturer of marine lighting fixtures, integrating design and R&D, production, and sales services. To date, it has established comprehensive supply chains for full‑ship lighting systems to medium- and large‑scale domestic shipyards and exports its products to Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, earning widespread acclaim from international customers and achieving year‑over‑year sales growth. Its primary product lines include navigation signal lights, deck‑mounted lights, canopy lights, incandescent lamps, floodlights, explosion‑proof lights, and marine electrical connectors.

The company is located in Fengcheng Town, Fengxian District, Shanghai, occupying a site of 12,000 square meters with a total floor area exceeding 11,000 square meters. It currently employs over 190 staff members, including 35 professional and technical personnel. The company boasts strong technical expertise, comprehensive production facilities, advanced manufacturing processes, rigorous testing capabilities, and a scientifically sound management system. It has successively obtained the following certifications: ISO 9001 quality management system certification in 2003; product type approval from the China Classification Society in 2004; factory approval from the French Classification Society in 2008; product type approval from the People’s Republic of China Fisheries Vessel Inspection Bureau and EU CE product certification in 2013; and compliance with the EU ATEX explosion‑proof standard BS EN ISO/IEC 80079‑34:2011, as well as product type approval from the Russian Classification Society (RS) in 2016. Additionally, the company has become a member of the Liaoning Province Fishing Vessels and Fishing Ports Industry Association.

The company’s manufacturing facility includes production workshops such as a stamping workshop, a metalworking workshop, a plastic molding workshop, a painting workshop, and an assembly workshop. In 2013, the company invested RMB 60 million to establish Jiangsu Liangzhou Explosion‑Proof Electrical Co., Ltd. in the Zhulin Industrial Development Zone, Jintan District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The company currently occupies a site of 47,000 square meters, with a total building area of 15,000 square meters. It primarily employs silicon‑sol gel and water‑glass processes to manufacture cast components, including lighting fixtures, explosion‑proof luminaires, and copper connectors under the “Liangzhou” brand.
